how does it work?

pragnancy time

your health and strength will be passed on to your baby's strength and health. for this reason, during pregnancy, it is recommended to follow an entire program ranging from nutrition, exercise, baby development, yoga, breath work, and preparation for birth.

ayurveda

5000 years old wisdom to help mamas flow into balanced pregnancy, birth and parenthood time. A great variety of natural practices are available from Ayurvedic pregnancy massage, balanced nutrition to herbal supplement to strength mamas health.

post partum magic

the way such a unique and extraordinary event as giving birth affects everyone can be different from person to person. There is no right or wrong way to deal with the ups and downs of this phase. It is a very quick period actually and it feels as if time flies in a blink of an eye. In this section we will discuss how to use it in a way that is supportive and nurturing.

the mind

breath and mind are interconnected and a regular pranayama practice is the tool to observe and eventually control the movements of your mind.

resting your awareness on your breath is the most extraordinary and effective practice to move towards a state of inner peace and world of tranquillity.

yoga

practicing asana in a mindful state with awareness in your body and mind can bring understandings or the mechanics of our muscular works. being aware is the true are of asana. in this section we focus on understanding the signs your body is sending and how to listen to them. 

the body

connecting to your body and exploring the wonders of how perfectly designed it is will help you relax into the new role of becoming a mother.

The topic of this section is to understand how pregnancy and birth work psychologically on every woman.

birth preparation

to navigate smoothly through your pregnancy the best recommendation is to prepare for it.

when you know what is happening to your body/mind/soul system month by month there is no reason to stress and, very naturally, your body will work properly, your baby will grow better and your life will feel better, more joyful and lighter :-)  

being prepared is defintely the key to face the magical process of birth.

timing

the course and all elements are currently available online or in private class-setting , as I'm at home with our 1 and 2 years old boys. Sessions can be organised according to our availability;  via zoom, or Skype.

why I do this?

I offer this course because I believe every woman has the right to be fully informed, receive all possible info, get educated about this amazing, natural and magical process of creating life. 

Only when we have knowledge and understanding we can we make the best choices for ourselves.
